Frames Only

367 days warranty. Warranty covers manufacturers defects only. All original parts and packaging must be included.  

30 days or less - full refund no questions asked.  All original parts and packaging must be included. Does not apply to First Pair Free orders.

Prescription or Non Prescription Lenses Only

Single Vision, Bifocals or Progressive lenses:
Regular priced items only. Warranty covers lenses sent back with normal use or doctors change only (proof of RX change required). 30 days or less, full exchange at no charge on SV lenses only.

All progressive and bifocal lenses will be refunded at 50% of purchase price (applicable one time only). 

All orders that have started fabrication will not be subject for full refunds. The amount of refund will be determined on a case to case basis.

"First Pair Free" and all "Free Promotion" Frames & Lenses

367 days warranty. Warranty covers manufacturers defects only. All original parts and packaging must be included.

Single Vision, Bifocals or Progressive lenses: Warranty covers doctors change only (proof of RX change required). 30 days or less. Does not apply to customer error.

No returns/refunds will be granted on any "First Pair Free" orders, including frames & lenses unless stated otherwise. Swift Eyewear will only exchange frames & lenses if there is a manufacturer defect or there is an internal error with the products, such as wrong RX or model. Does not apply to customer error.

Customer is responsible to pay shipping to send product back to Swift Eyewear for exchange, unless stated otherwise. Swift Eyewear will pay the shipping back to the customer once the error has been corrected. Limit of 1 pair per person.

Swift Eyewear will not pay postal charges for any return items or any items that are being returned due to customer error, unless specified otherwise within the order details.  As for exchange, Swift Eyewear will only pay postal charges if the order details specify, otherwise the customer is responsible to pay shipping back to Swift Eyewear.   All original parts and packaging must be included. (Does not apply to Contact Lenses).

On Approval of Returns or Exchange

Customer shall return all goods with proper packaging before new items are to ship out.

If you would like to request a return, please Contact Us in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please make sure to fill out a relevant address. A refund or replacement will be issued to you within 30 days of when the request is processed. If goods are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email for confirmation of the delivery address. If no reply is received within 30 days of the return of the goods, a refund will be made within 30 days of that date.

Please be aware that we may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods. Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order, including delivery charges and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original products are returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used.
